We are looking for Senior RPA Business Analyst for our client in Jersey City, NJ

Job Title: Senior RPA Business Analyst

Job Location: Jersey City, NJ

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Job Overview:

The organization is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Global Systems Automation (GSA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Discovery, and Process Improvement. The candidate will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and document As-Is and To-Be process flows.
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements, including BRDs, FSDs, and User Stories.
  • Collaborate with RPA architects and developers on solution design and implementation.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout project delivery.
  • Define test scenarios, support SIT/UAT, and validate automation outcomes.
  • Develop process documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
  • Track automation benefits, KPI improvements, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of RPA platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Strong experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and testing lifecycle (SIT/UAT).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Process Mining tools (such as Celonis or Signavio), AI-led Automation, and Generative AI.
