Job Description

Pflegefachkraft im Schichtdienst für unsere Kinder- und Jugendstation | Prien am Chiemsee, Germany | On-site

We are a leading national psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinic, dedicated to providing top-tier therapy through a highly skilled team. We serve a diverse patient population, including adolescents, and are an academic teaching hospital affiliated with a major university.

The Role

  • Provide comprehensive care and support for adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
  • Monitor patient progress, observe their conditions, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
  • Administer medically prescribed treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
  • Maintain structured documentation and manage daily station operations.
  • Contribute to a respectful, structured, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as a registered nurse, specialist nurse, or pediatric nurse.
  • Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents.
  • Ideally, some experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric care (not a mandatory requirement).
