The Role

• Oversee overall market management for an assigned location, ensuring successful integration of all product lines.
• Support senior leadership in organizing market logistics and driving a product-focused organization.
• Identify opportunities for cost management, efficiency improvements, and service enhancement to positively impact business results.
• Develop product lines within the assigned market and analyze competitive landscapes.
• Proactively mitigate risk, reduce worker's compensation injuries, and minimize security losses.
• Ensure accountability across all market levels, maintain positive employee relations, and uphold high ethical standards.

What You'll Need

• A minimum of 5 years of operations experience in banking, money processing, or transportation/logistics.
• Ability to obtain or possess a valid firearms permit and guard card, or any other required licenses.
• A clear DOT/DMV record.
• Ability to routinely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience in cash handling, retail/financial cash management, and business development techniques.
