Job Requirements Job Title Identity Access Management ArchitectLocation: RemoteJob OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and passionate IAM Architect to join our team In this role you will design, build, automate, and maintain our enterprise identity and access management architecture You will ensure that the right people have the right access to the right resources at the right time while enforcing the principles of Least Privilege and Zero Trust.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Administration Design deploy and support core IAM components including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication directory services and identity governance platformsLifecycle Management Automate user lifecycle processes (Joiner Mover Leaver JML) to streamline onboarding, role changes and offboardingAccess Control Governance Implement and enforce Role-Based Access Control and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models across enterprise toolsPrivileged Access Management Administer PAM solutions to secure monitor and audit privileged accounts and secrets managementAutomation Scripting Write clean scripts to automate routine administrative tasks access reviews and operational workflows.Incident Response Support Serve as an escalation point for complex IAM operational issues directory sync failures, and authentication outagesRequired QualificationsEducation Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on professional experienceIAM Experience 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience designing and operating IAM platforms in an enterprise environmentPlatform Knowledge Practical experience with major IAM platformsCloud Security Experience managing identities and access within cloud environments (AWS Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).Scripting Proficiency in PowerShell Python or Bash for API integration and operational automation.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Identity Governance Administration tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, or ForgeRock.Experience with Privileged Access Management platforms like CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, or BeyondTrust.Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CIAM, CIMP, Okta Certified Consultant/Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CISSP)Soft SkillsProblem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to diagnose identity flow issues across multi-cloud and hybrid environmentsWork Experience 7-10Years
