IT Project Manager

Our Fortune 500 Client has multiple roles open for experienced Project Managers.
4-7 years of experience requied along with a Bachelor's Degree.
Must be able to work on a W2 Basis.
LOCATION: Fully Remote
TOP 3 SKILLS REQUIRED:
1) Jira governance and administration: builds on existing documentation, sets up boards and work hierarchy, and keeps data clean so work is visible and reportable.
2) Internal Agile adoption and training: runs ongoing training and ceremonies so internal teams adopt and keep using consistent ways of working.
3) Flexible project management: steps into active projects and workstreams to plan, coordinate teams, and track dependencies and follow-through.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager coordinates and delivers digital initiatives across Digital analytics, marketing and internal delivery teams, using Agile practices to bring transparency, collaboration, and steady progress. The role may collaborate with marketing, analytics, content, SEO, customer experience, and technology teams, as well as external agency partners.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate teams and workstreams to deliver on time and on scope
• Manage Jira boards and backlogs, run sprint planning, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Establish and maintain Jira standards, workflows, and documentation as needed as well as change management with internal teammates
• Track dependencies, risks, and blockers, and drive them to resolution with internal and agency partners
• Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and reporting
• Keep teams aligned and communicate progress and next steps to stakeholders
• Support additional projects and workstreams as priorities shift

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, listening, and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira; Confluence preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple workstreams
• Self-starter who is adaptable, customer-service minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed setting
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle in digital or marketing environments
• C1/C2 English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master)
• Experience with Airtable, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience with Adobe or SAP Commerce platforms; familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics is a plus.
• Experience in large, matrixed, or global organizations and/or collaborating with agency partners
