Job Overview

 

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their recruiting strategy team. This role is responsible for developing and executing global recruitment strategies across assigned functional and geographic areas, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Develop and execute global recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job specification development through candidate acceptance
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers prior to initiating sourcing activities
• Establish communication strategies with hiring managers around candidate feedback, SLAs, and next steps
• Review and improve job advertising approaches across digital recruitment channels
• Analyze sourcing strategy performance and recommend process improvements
• Maintain expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies, and processes
• Actively build and manage talent pools for assigned functional and geographic areas
• Coach and mentor junior team members and provide training and technical support as needed
• Maintain a strong employer brand presence across all digital recruitment platforms

Required Skills

 

• Proven end-to-end recruiting experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager partnership skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet SLAs
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and employer branding

Preferred Skills

 

• Experience mentoring or leading junior recruiting staff
• Familiarity with benchmarking and talent market analysis
