Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles across one or more plant locations. Partner with plant leaders and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, build community talent pipelines, source and assess candidates, coordinate offers, and support compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies with plant leadership based on manufacturing goals and local labor supply.
• Partner with hiring managers to tailor attraction and recruitment plans for hourly roles.
• Advise managers on labor market conditions and the recruitment and hiring process.
• Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and other partners to create candidate pipelines.
• Lead sourcing, candidate selection, interviews, assessments, and offer processes for hourly positions.
• Ensure hiring compliance and support employer branding, staffing projects, and recruitment reporting.
