The Role

• Source, develop, and prospect new leads through networking.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and focus on member retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for member needs and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain a profitable sales business.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with computers and good organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
