Project Sales Representative | Horn Lake, MS, United States | Hybrid | $95K - $130K
This employer is a rapidly growing, full-service building engineering company renowned for its mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services across the southeastern United States. With a strong reputation for quality and service excellence since 1970, they offer end-to-end solutions to help clients maximize building performance and energy efficiency.
The Role
• Drive service-project revenue by developing scopes and quotes for repairs, replacements, retrofits, and small design-build upgrades.
• Own customer relationships, pricing strategy, and successful handoff to field project managers and foremen.
• Build and manage a territory of facility managers, property managers, and owner-direct accounts.
• Conduct site assessments and develop scopes for equipment change-outs, pipe/fabrication, controls, and energy upgrades.
• Create proposals, manage margin targets, and present options to close work and secure purchase orders.
• Coordinate pre-job submittals, permits, and material releases, staying engaged through project closeout.
What You'll Need
• 3+ years in HVAC/plumbing/electrical service sales or project management.
• Ability to build scopes and price work accurately.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, code basics, and site logistics.
• Strong customer communication and time management skills, with CRM discipline.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
• Experience selling to owner-direct customers is preferred.
