Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting banking, treasury management, financial operations, payment processing, or wire transfer applications.
• Knowledge of domestic and international wire transfer workflows.
• Experience working with approval-based workflow applications.
• Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements within financial services.
• Experience supporting .NET-based application development teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and relational databases.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification.
