Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 13+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, and strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM. The candidate should have experience gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders, improving business processes, and supporting Salesforce implementation and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Work with pharmaceutical business teams to understand business processes and operational needs.

• Support Salesforce CRM implementation, customization, enhancement, and integration initiatives.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

• Collaborate with business users, Salesforce developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers.

• Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements.

• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud initiatives as applicable.

• Ensure business requirements align with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business validation.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage requirement changes.

• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.

• Strong experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.

• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM projects.

• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.

• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Understanding of Salesforce workflows, objects, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance standards such as GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or HIPAA is a plus, depending on the project.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA or a relevant master’s degree is preferred.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
