Business Analyst / Change Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Change Manager with a strong background in the Life Sciences industry to support technology implementations, business transformation, and organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine business analysis expertise, change management capabilities, and life sciences domain knowledge, preferably with an IT or technical background.

Key Responsibilities

·        Gather and document business requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and perform business process analysis.

·        Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements, process maps, and gap analyses.

·        Lead change management activities, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training.

·        Support technology implementations, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.

·        Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

·        Monitor user adoption, assess change readiness, and help ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.

·        Identify business risks, process improvement opportunities, and solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Required Skills

·        Strong experience in Business Analysis and Change Management.

·        Relevant Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Clinical Research industry experience.

·        Experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation projects.

·        Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

·        Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

·        IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical background.

·        Experience with enterprise application implementations, process improvement, or business transformation.

·        Familiarity with regulated life sciences environments, GxP processes, or clinical/laboratory systems.

·        Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
