Technical Business Systems Analyst

Location-Hybrid- 2-3x days in office /Chicago office preferred (1 st choice) but it is open to Irving, TX, Peoria or Broomfield CO

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

-          The Business Analyst for the eCommerce Search team serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, product management and search engineering, teams.

-          This role is responsible for gathering requirements and translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

Typical task breakdown:

-          Maintain and prioritize product backlog items.

-          Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities.

-          Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.

-          Ensure traceability from requirements through implementation and testing.

-          Collaborate with business stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and eCommerce teams.

-          Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and business impacts.

Interaction with team:

-          Team consists of technical teams, ecommerce team and PCC and other client teams.

Education & Experience Required:

-          Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10+ years’ experience in this capacity.

Required Technical Skills

(Required)

-          10+ years of Business Analyst experience.

-          Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

-          Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

-         

Soft Skills

(Required)

-           Excellent communication skills.

-          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
