Job description

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst (Quality Management).

Job Description:

Job Title: SAP Business Analyst (Quality Management)

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Work Schedule: Onsite

Pay Rate: $92, Based on experience

Description:

As an SAP Business Analyst specializing in Quality Management (QM), you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of SAP S/4 Hana Quality Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Business process blueprint sessions with end users and gather requirements.
  • Document the requirements in Business process blueprint documents.
  • Design the solution to meet the business requirements.
  • Create Functional specifications and Functional design documents.
  • Configuration (SPRO) in SAP S/4
  • Creation of Test scenarios and test scripts
  • Functional testing of business process steps and SAP development objects
  • End user training
  • Cutover planning
  • Go live and Post go live support.

Qualifications:

  • Overall 10years with Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development, and testing of SAP S/4 Hana Quality Management module.

Strong Knowledge and Experience in:

  • Master data objects such as Material master, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Plan, Equipment, Catalogs etc.
  • Serial number management and tracking
  • Inspection Planning and Execution
  • Sampling
  • Source, Incoming, In process and Outbound Inspection
  • Quality Notifications
  • Defects and Complaints
  • Quality Order Management
  • Integration of QM with other areas like PP, WM, PM, …
  • Interfaces and IDOC Processes.
