Senior Intelligent Automation Business Analyst / RPA Portfolio & Strategy Lead (UiPath)

Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of IT/Business Analysis experience
6+ years of Intelligent Automation/RPA experience, preferably UiPath or comparable platforms, with strong Business Analysis expertise across the RPA lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience developing Process Definition Documents (PDDs), including documenting as-is processes, automation/bot paths, business rules, exceptions, and requirements.
Experience in requirements elicitation, definition, management, process analysis/modeling, and prototyping, using tools such as Jira, ALM, Rally, or similar.
Understanding of system architecture, application portfolios, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and iterative development methodologies.
Ability to analyze, simplify, and standardize business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into clear automation requirements.
Experience collaborating with business process owners, leadership, and development teams, with strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and support timely delivery.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies, including RPA, Generative AI, and/or Agentic AI.
Preferred Job Qualifications
Relevant Business Analysis and/or RPA certification.
Healthcare industry experience.
