Responsibilities

• Involved in design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Time and Labor modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR and its integration points with T&L.
• Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Time and Labor
