Job Description

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Lab Spatial Data Coordinator to manage space and occupancy data for complex laboratory and workplace portfolios. You will maintain accurate floor plans, classifications, and utilization metrics using CAFM/IWMS, CAD, and related tools. Partnering with real estate, facilities, and project teams, you will deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics that drive client decisions on workplace, efficiency, and sustainability. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update spatial and occupancy data across client portfolios using CAFM/IWMS and related tools.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of floor plans, space classifications, and utilization metrics.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support workplace and real estate decisions.
  • Collaborate with real estate, facilities, and project teams to translate business needs into spatial data requirements.
  • Support space planning scenarios and test fits through accurate data and drawings.
  • Implement and enforce data quality standards, governance, and documentation for spatial datasets.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and integrate spatial data sources.
  • Support technology-enabled solutions and process improvements for space and occupancy management.
  • Assist with benchmarking, KPIs, and portfolio analytics to drive client insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to sustainability and efficiency initiatives through accurate space and utilization reporting.
