Business Systems Analyst

Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support mission-critical business applications within a federal government environment. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of enterprise applications including iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support business-critical applications including iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira. Perform system configuration, upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities. Monitor application health, performance metrics, logs, and system availability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, integrations, user access, and performance. Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access controls. Optimize system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and user experience.

Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for business applications. Configure and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations within Jira and Confluence. Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Apply security updates and ensure applications remain compliant with organizational standards. Participate in change management activities and support system implementation initiatives.

Requirements
Core Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
3+ years of experience administering enterprise business applications. Hands-on experience supporting one or more of the following platforms: iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira. Experience with application configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support. Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

Experience monitoring system performance and implementing performance improvements. Understanding of networking fundamentals, application security, and system integration concepts. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and business stakeholders. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Active Public Trust clearance, preferably with the Department of Justice. Experience administering iManage document management systems. Experience developing or maintaining Jira workflows, automations, and custom configurations. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT Service Management frameworks. Experience supporting cloud-based or hybrid application environments. Experience supporting federal government customers or regulated environments. Prior experience with application integrations and business process automation. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
