Midstream Land Analyst

The Land / Lease Analyst must have midstream experience due to the nature of the company and it's unique challenges that differ from upstream or downstream. You'll report to the Land Manager and is responsible for reviewing and validating lease document data, updating payment and obligation information in Quorum On Demand Land (ODL), and identifying and escalating issues as needed.

This is an onsite-only position; remote and hybrid work are not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Review lease documents and related data for accuracy in ODL.
• Review and update payment, escalation, obligation, and term information in ODL.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the Land Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required experience in land records administration, with emphasis on real property leases, lease payments, payment escalations, and lease obligations.
• Required experience with Quorum ODL.
• Basic land title experience preferred.
• Experience interpreting legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps preferred.
• Experience with Google Earth software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately 2 years.
• Onsite work required; no remote or hybrid schedule available.
