Holiday Sales Associate

Inside Sales Specialist role at Cencora focused on developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with institutional healthcare customers. The position involves conducting sales calls, implementing strategic programs, and driving incremental business growth within assigned geographic regions.

Serve as primary customer contact and implement programs to maximize product distribution across assigned geographic area or account base
Conduct proactive outreach to customers to grow sales revenue and strengthen relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals including call volume, revenue, and margin objectives
Maintain accurate records of account activity and customer interactions in Salesforce and other sales management tools
Partner with Strategic Account Managers to support product access, launch communications, and execute team-based strategies
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field
Minimum three years progressively responsible inside or outside sales experience
Previous generic pharmaceutical or commodity sales experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Office, Salesforce, or comparable software
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Ability to work flexible hours aligned with customer time zones as needed
