* **Experience with or strong knowledge on subscription billing and subscription revenue processes.

*Responsibilities:*

* *Drive UAT Strategy & Governance:*

Partner with the Sr. UAT Program Manager to enforce UAT strategy, governance framework, and entrance/exit criteria. Ensure UAT milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and aligned with overall project timelines. Drive accountability by facilitating UAT sign-offs and maintaining governance logs.

* *Drive Testing Readiness:*

Oversee the development and coordination of test scenarios, scripts, and data preparation. Ensure test environments, access, and tester onboarding are completed in advance of execution. Maintain traceability and alignment between test plans and business requirements.

* *Provide Oversight & Coordination on UAT Execution:*

Manage UAT tester rosters, kickoff logistics, and scheduling. Lead day-to-day execution by tracking test case completion, logging and escalating defects, and providing ongoing tester support. Deliver daily execution status reports and consolidate results summaries.

* *Ensure Communication & Stakeholder Alignment:*

Act as the central point of coordination between business users, IT, and PMO for all UAT-related activities. Provide proactive updates, maintain issue and escalation logs, and facilitate regular status checkpoints to ensure transparency and responsiveness. Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders by driving accountability, gaining buy-in, and ensuring adoption of UAT outcomes across diverse business groups.

* *Business Scenario Development:*

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define real-world validation scenarios that reflect post-launch business use. Ensure traceability of scenarios back to business requirements and intended outcomes.

* *Collaborative Ownership with Test & Technical Partners:*

Ensure seamless handoff and continuity from technical/system testing to UAT. Partner on test environment readiness, data access, and risk mitigation planning.

* *Support Continuous Improvement:*

Capture lessons learned, refine UAT playbooks, and contribute to the standardization of tools and templates across initiatives. Identify execution gaps or resource needs and provide recommendations for ongoing process maturity.

*Qualifications:*

* 10+ years of experience, including 5-7+ years of experience in program/project management with direct focus on UAT/test coordination for enterprise initiatives.

* Proven ability to drive large-scale UAT execution with cross-functional business, IT, and PMO stakeholders.

* Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle, test planning, and defect management processes.

* *Knowledge of SAP processes and system implementation is desired.*

* *Hands-on experience using Jira Xray for end-to-end test management, including test planning, test execution, automation, test script migration, defect tracking, and traceability across requirements, test cases, and defects.*

* Experience coordinating cross-functional UAT cycles using Xray dashboards and reporting to track test progress, pass/fail rates, defect severity, and go/no-go readiness.

* Highly analytical, execution-focused, and detail-oriented, with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

* Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.

* Experience with tools such as JIRA, Asana, SPM, Google Suite, or equivalent project/test management platforms.

* Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred.

* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and change management principles a plus.
