🔹 Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior GIS Programmer / Systems Analyst to support GIS application development and the Office of Planning.
The consultant will work on upgrading an existing custom ArcMap Add-In (C#/Python) to an ArcGIS Pro Add-In and support enterprise GIS application development.
🔹 Required Skills
✅ 7+ years of application development using:
J2EE / .NET
JavaScript
HTML
C#
Python
✅ 4+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS Technologies
ArcGIS Server
ArcGIS APIs
ArcGIS JavaScript API
Esri SDKs
ArcSDE
✅ ArcGIS Model Builder & Python
✅ Strong SQL, Triggers & Stored Procedures
✅ SSRS & Power BI
✅ Oracle / SQL Server
✅ Relational Database Concepts
✅ Excellent communication skills
🔹 Additional Details
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Recent government entity experience preferred
• Background check required
• Hybrid: approximately 60% onsite / 40% remote
