IT Solution Architect: Human Capital & Talent Management

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks an IT Solution Architect for Human Capital & Talent Management to design integrated HR technology solutions across our manufacturing and distribution network. You will define enterprise architectures for HCM, talent, and workforce systems, ensuring secure, scalable integration with core business platforms. Partner with HR, operations, and IT leaders to translate workforce strategies into actionable designs that improve hiring, development, and performance. Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IT architectures for human capital and talent management solutions supporting manufacturing and field operations.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and integration of HR/HCM platforms with core enterprise systems and data sources.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Define integration patterns, data models, and security standards for sensitive workforce data.
• Create and maintain architecture roadmaps, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical governance and review for HR technology projects and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide vendors and implementation partners, validating technical approaches and deliverables.
• Support performance, scalability, and reliability improvements of HR and talent systems.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to continuous improvement of architecture practices.
