Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Product Management experience.
• Strong experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Expertise in Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Roadmaps, and Customer-Centric Product Development.
• Experience coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, and leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Product Operating Models.
• Experience driving Product Transformation and organizational change.
• Agile/Lean certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, SPC, ICP-ACC, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Airline or Aviation industry product management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise Product Transformation initiatives.
