Role: Product Owner (Batch Files & API Development)

Locations: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only.

Must have Banking/ Financial institutions experience

Job Description:

•              Leads squad in the delivery of batch files, and API development in support of our Partner objectives by:

Agile/Scaled Agile experience/proficiency

•              Defining the strategic vision for the squad and manage a healthy backlog through:

•              Define features and decompose into user stories

•              Identify and manage risk and dependencies

•              Support/lead refinement/spikes

•              Remove obstacles/impediments

•              Leading both PI Preplanning/planning

•              Assess customer feedback

•              Define and analyze success metrics

Lead Pi Preplanning and Planning efforts

•              Groom the backlog ensuring product roadmap defined at a minimum on a rolling 12-month basis

•              Work with Barclay partner teams to intake/decompose work

•              Ensure work meets definition of ready

•              Lead strategic direction for the team

Lead Product demos

•              Manage delivery process

•              Collaborate with Scrum lead, Tech lead, Engineering team, Tribe Squads , 3IAB

•              Develop and demonstrate expertise across

•              Partner business

•              Product domain

•              Technical acumen
