Position: Business Analyst

Remote: Monday & Friday

In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (Downers Grove, IL)





Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, facilitate stakeholder communication, and support the successful delivery of business solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).







Key Responsibilities:



Gather and document business and functional requirements.

Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Conduct requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.

Support Agile/SDLC project activities.

Participate in UAT and ensure business requirements are met.

Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate project updates.
