Key Responsibilities
- Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, and Agile teams on product management best practices.
- Drive product strategy, vision, roadmap, and outcome-based product delivery.
- Guide teams in customer-centric product discovery, prioritization, and value delivery.
- Mentor product leaders and executives to improve product thinking and decision-making.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Lean Product Management practices.
- Assess team maturity and implement coaching plans to improve product capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Business, and Stakeholders to align product goals.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, OKRs, and business outcomes.
- Support Product Transformation initiatives across multiple teams.
- Promote continuous improvement using Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking principles.
- Influence organizational product operating models and coaching standards.
- Mentor junior Product Managers and Product Coaches.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Product Management.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Strong Product Coaching or Product Transformation experience.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience with Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Roadmaps, and Backlog Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple Agile teams in enterprise environments.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
