Salesforce Project Manager - Quote to Cash

6–12 month Contract

Hybrid role – 3 days/week onsite in Rockleigh, NJ.

Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact Salesforce implementation initiative involving Salesforce systems, middleware, and back-office integrations.

The ideal candidate must have a strong track record managing Salesforce implementations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Salesforce teams, and implementation partners.

• Lead a high-impact Salesforce implementation and enterprise integration program.
• Manage Salesforce, middleware, and back-office system integrations.
• Strong Project Management experience delivering large-scale IT initiatives.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including India.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Salesforce, and implementation partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong IT background with experience driving enterprise transformation projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and internal business teams.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
