Data Warehouse Architect - Solutions Architect

Core Responsibilities

• Develop data landscapes, strategies, and architectural approaches using industry-standard frameworks (TOGAF 9, FEAF, DODAF).
• Lead Data Architects and collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align the data ecosystem with broader business, application, and technology landscapes.
• Build and maintain Reference Architectures and Architecture Pattern Libraries.
• Conduct comprehensive architectural reviews and manage exceptions to preserve the structural integrity of the enterprise platform.
• Drive the RFP process for selecting new Data Platform Technologies and partner with vendors to co-develop innovative EDP capabilities.
• Champion a data-driven decision-making culture throughout the enterprise via Communities of Practice.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Must have a BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related CS degree.
• Architecture Strategy: Minimum 5 years of experience leading architectural development and landscape alignment.
• Governance: Minimum 5 years of experience managing reference architectures, reviews, and architectural exceptions.
• Vendor & Tech Management: Minimum 3 years of experience driving RFP processes, technology selection, and vendor partnerships.
