Sr. Solution Architect Warehouse & Distribution

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Sr. Solution Architect Warehouse & Distribution to lead design and optimization of warehouse and distribution operations across its manufacturing and logistics network. In this role, you will analyze current processes, systems, and KPIs, and develop scalable solutions that enhance safety, productivity, and service. Partnering with operations, logistics, and IT, you will implement WMS and related technologies, standardize best practices, and drive continuous improvement. You'll support change management, coach site teams, and help sustain high-performance, customer-focused operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize warehouse and distribution solutions across plants and distribution centers.
• Assess current processes, systems, and KPIs to identify efficiency, safety, and service improvements.
• Lead implementation and integration of WMS and related supply chain technologies.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, IT, and leadership to align solutions with business strategy.
• Standardize best practices and processes across multiple sites.
• Manage projects from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and support site teams on new tools, processes, and standards.
• Ensure solutions support compliance, quality, and safety objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive change management and adoption.
