we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Under supervision, conducts business process analyses and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with the business initiatives.
  • Supports analytical functions by assisting programmers in ascertaining user needs and adapting user procedures to final program design.
  • Organizes and facilitates application testing and user acceptance to ensure business community's needs are met.
  • Acts as second and third level support for Production incidents and facilitates troubleshooting, both internally and externally with vendors, and close out of reported issues for multiple applications.
  • Utilizes current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Environment: Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Agile Methodologies; Preference to candidates with Salesforce experience; Hybrid Onsite 2 day/wk minimum
  2. Experienced in implementing process re-engineering, developing business requirements, use cases and test scripts using industry accepted practices.
  3. Should possess high level understanding of information technology concepts as well as the SDLC methodology.
  4. Must be flexible and able to multi-task, working on multiple projects and internal initiatives, inclusive of upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.
