Business Analyst

• The Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst – Advanced performs both BA and QA functions, gathering requirements from stakeholders, conducting requirements analysis, and completing comprehensive software testing within a collaborative Agile environment.
• This role works closely with program staff, product owners, developers, and project stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear specifications, validate system functionality, and document testing outcomes. Assigned systems and programs will be defined for each engagement.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with business process analysis, requirements documentation, workflow development and stakeholder communication.
• 5+ years of experience with software QA/testing experience, including test design, execution, defect tracking, reporting and test-result documentation.
   7+ years of experience of software analysis/testing and customized test procedure experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business process design.
• 5+ years of experience with each of the following tools: TFS, Visual Studio, SQL Server, MS Project, Balsamiq, Microsoft Office and legacy systems.
• Previous experience working within State, Federal, and/or local government.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in public-sector Economic Services (including SNAP/TANF) or Early Child Care and Education programs.
• Agile development experience, test automation and knowledge of enterprise applications and integrations.
