(Entry- Level) Business Analyst – E-commerce & Retail

Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Business Analyst to support e-commerce and retail business operations. The role involves understanding business requirements, reviewing operational processes, documenting workflows and working with different teams to support business improvements and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements from sales, marketing and operations teams.

  • Assist with documenting business processes and operational workflows.

  • Support projects related to online sales, order management and customer experience.

  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare business requirement documents and functional specifications.

  • Coordinate with technical teams to communicate business requirements.

  • Assist with project meetings, testing activities and documentation.

  • Maintain project records and provide regular progress updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Engineering or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of business operations and process analysis.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Magento (Adobe Commerce) is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
