Required Skills & Experience

⦁       Test environment, platform, or infrastructure support experience.

⦁       Strong knowledge of virtual machine (VM) administration, optimization, consolidation, and resource utilization.

⦁       Experience supporting test automation and performance testing platforms.

⦁       Release management, build, packaging, deployment, and environment support experience.

⦁       Experience working with cloud, infrastructure, security, and application teams to support deployments and platform operations.

⦁       Monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA experience.

⦁       Ability to evaluate existing environments and proactively recommend optimization opportunities.

⦁       Experience supporting enterprise tools, platforms, and shared services environments.

⦁       Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.

Preferred Experience

⦁       Test environment management for automation or performance testing platforms.

⦁       LoadRunner or similar performance testing infrastructure experience.

⦁       Experience supporting AI, data management, or enterprise platform deployments.

⦁       Knowledge of networking, firewall, connectivity, access management, and infrastructure integration concepts.

⦁       Experience defining or improving deployment, release, and operational support processes.

• Own and manage end to end test environments SIT, QA, UAT, Pre Prod
• Coordinate code deployments, hotfixes, and rollback activities with release and DevOps teams
• Publish environment calendars, downtime notifications, and readiness status to stakeholders
