Role Overview

Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support clients across North Carolina through a fully remote behavioral health practice. You will work with adults navigating mental health concerns alongside the personal, social, and environmental factors that may be affecting their wellbeing. A strong clinical social work perspective is important here, especially the ability to understand the full picture of a client’s circumstances and provide care that is practical, responsive, and clinically appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and review relevant clinical history
  • Identify treatment priorities and develop individualized care goals
  • Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, adjustment concerns, and interpersonal stress
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches when clinically indicated
  • Recognize when additional resources, referrals, or a higher level of care may be appropriate
  • Complete progress notes and required clinical documentation within established timelines
  • Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
  • Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
  • Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
  • Annual salary of $115,000–$120,000
