Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy.

World Relief Baltimore seeks an Economic Empowerment Navigator who will provide guidance, support, direct assistance, and referrals to refugees and immigrants in the Employment & Wellness program as they pursue a broad range of economic empowerment goals. These goals may include:

• Financial self-sufficiency for those who are unemployed or underemployed
• Identifying and/or pursuing long-term career goals for those who are already self-sufficient
• Accessing vocational training, financial capability education, or asset-building opportunities.

This position reports to the Office Director, works closely with the Wellness Manager, and plays an important role on our small team as the only staff member dedicated to the area of Economic Empowerment.
