Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, React, cloud technologies, microservices, databases, CI/CD, and application monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong backend foundation while also being comfortable developing modern front-end applications.

Experience with AI-powered code acceleration tools and Splunk for monitoring and logging is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Develop and enhance modern front-end applications using React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and implement microservices-based applications in cloud environments.
• Develop and optimize database solutions, including writing complex SQL queries and improving application/database performance.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot production issues, and analyze logs using Splunk.
• Follow software engineering best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and application performance.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-powered developer/code acceleration tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot
• 3+ years of front-end development experience, preferably with React
• 3+ years of cloud and microservices experience
• 3+ years of strong database experience, including SQL
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using AI code acceleration/developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, or similar tools
• 2+ years of experience with Splunk for application monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and analysis
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
