Business Partnership & Employee Relations
Serve as the trusted HR advisor for managers and employees within assigned divisions. Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and organizational needs. Escalate complex or high-risk employee matters to the HR Director as appropriate. Talent Acquisition & Staffing
Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units.

Manage job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, candidate communications, and hiring workflows. Partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while creating an outstanding candidate experience. Coordinate with external recruiting partners for specialized positions. Administer employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, short-term disability, workers' compensation wage requests, and state leave programs. New hires
Performance Management
Support annual performance review and compensation processes.

Coach managers on documentation, performance improvement, employee development, and corrective action. Help ensure reviews and related processes are completed accurately and on schedule. Learning & Development
Track and monitor required training completion. Support onboarding, compliance training, safety programs, and harassment prevention initiatives. Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, recordkeeping requirements, and HR best practices. Assist with audits, reporting, regulatory filings, and HR documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Support safety initiatives and required training. Partner with managers to promote safe work practices and timely claim administration. Employee Engagement
Support employee recognition, engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications. Help create a positive employee experience throughout the organization. What You'll Bring
We're looking for an HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
