The Role

• Source, develop leads, prospect, and continuously network
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure member retention
• Demonstrate self-motivation and commitment to building a profitable business

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is highly preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
• Proficiency with computer systems and strong organizational skills
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
