Must Have at least 2 years in Medspa or Aesthetics Sales.
Must be a sales minded and have a strong sales background. Multi-tasking and being coachable are the key elements we are looking for. If you do not have these prior experiences, please do not apply.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this job is to provide top customer service to our clients, help the team with the daily administrative tasks, drive sales by upselling to existing patients through text, phone calls and in-person and holding consultations and selling treatment packages, helping with sending texts and calling leads and passing on lead to our Sales/Patient Coordinator to book. Job requires a high volume of daily texts and calls to inquiring leads and existing clients. You must be good and excited to work with people through texts, calls, and in-person conversations.

Must be an excellent communicator. Must have excellent computer skills. Job requires scheduling patients, welcoming clients, educating clients on services, calling leads and getting clients interested in our services. Other job requirements include obtaining 5 star reviews from clients, taking photos and helping the office with organizing before/afters. Must be a team player and work well in a team.
