Benefits:
This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Our client is a well-established organization seeking an experienced HR professional to support day-to-day People Services operations. The People Services Generalist is responsible for supporting employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including benefits administration, HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding support, and HRIS management.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism. Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, retirement plans, COBRA, and wellness initiatives. Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, leave programs, and general employment questions. Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and perform regular data audits. Generate HR reports and assist with workforce reporting and compliance requirements.

Support performance management processes by tracking review cycles and maintaining documentation. Assist with onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and orientation coverage when needed. Partner with HR leadership on employee relations matters and other sensitive personnel issues. Contribute to HR process improvements, employee engagement initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Track required certifications and training to ensure compliance. Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar role.

Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs), Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS systems.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
