Job Description

Install, remove, and maintain IT systems at retail travel center sites, including network infrastructure, point-of-sale equipment, computers, servers, printers, and low-voltage cabling. Troubleshoot technical issues, verify installations meet business and compliance requirements, and provide on-site support. The role is based in Knoxville and requires frequent travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Install and remove network infrastructure, POS systems, computers, servers, printers, and other site devices.
  • Install and maintain low-voltage data, voice, and IT infrastructure cabling.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain end-user technology and site equipment.
  • Validate requirements and confirm solutions meet business expectations and compliance standards.
  • Provide on-site support and coordinate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Travel to sites and perform installations while following safety and established work guidelines.
