The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support for residents in a nursing home setting.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities for residents.
• Assist residents with daily living to promote independence and well-being.
• Manage and document care plans and resident progress.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Contribute to quality assurance measures and support junior staff and trainees.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing.
• Specialized qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Demonstrated empathy, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
