The Role

• Actively participate in and help design new structures for our planned geriatric ward, bringing your ideas from the outset.
• Ensure individualised, qualified patient care with empathy, expertise, and genuine dedication.
• Meticulously document care measures and actively contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Independently carry out physician-ordered tasks, ensuring professional execution.
• Collaborate closely and respectfully with colleagues from nursing, medicine, and therapy for holistic patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d) with a compassionate and skilled approach.
• Enjoyment in mentoring trainees and contributing to a strong practical education.
• Experience or specialized training in geriatrics, or a willingness to develop expertise in this field.
• Motivation, ideas, and commitment to advancing our Geriatrics department.
• Empathy, strong communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
