The Role

• Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition.
• Partner with UX, market research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather client feedback.
• Document product requirements and manage feature development lifecycles.
• Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Make recommendations to agile teams and collaborate across various organizational groups.
• Explore emerging technologies like AI and ML to uncover new market opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination such as a Master's with 4 years, Ph. D. with 1 year, or 10 years of experience).
• Deep understanding of business principles, product performance, and industry practices.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle management, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics.
• Experience with Inventory Management Solutions is strongly preferred.
• Automotive industry experience with a focus on dealer software is preferred.
