Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business/system requirements
  • Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze healthcare data exchange workflows
  • Support EHR integrations (Epic, Oracle Health)
  • Perform data mapping and interoperability solution design
  • Coordinate testing, defect triage, and root-cause analysis
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams

Preferred Skills

  • FHIR, HL7, EDI
  • Healthcare data domains: Payer, Provider, Member, Claims, Clinical
  • CBAP / CCBA Certification

Ideal Candidate

✅ 10+ years as BA/BSA in Healthcare
✅ Strong Healthcare Interoperability experience
✅ Hands-on with Epic/Oracle Health integrations
✅ Experience with APIs, SFTP, Kafka
✅ Skilled in Requirements, Data Mapping, UAT, and Stakeholder Management
✅ Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and EDI standards
