Job description

1. Business Requirements Analysis: Document and validate existing CAI application requirements, assess legacy functionality, gather business needs, and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business units, Product Managers, technical teams, and business sponsors to align requirements and recommend system enhancements.

3. User Stories & Agile Methodology: Translate business requirements into clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize requirements, and use Agile/Scrum tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.

4. Application Modernization & Process Improvement: Analyze legacy applications, support digital transformation, recommend modern architecture and integration approaches, and identify opportunities for business process reengineering.

5. Testing & User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support large-scale project testing, coordinate UAT activities, validate functionality, manage risks and dependencies, and support change management, user adoption, and training.

6. Compliance & Communication: Ensure alignment with Pennsylvania Commonwealth and PUC standards, WCAG 2.1 accessibility, security, privacy, and legislative requirements; provide clear status updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
