The Role

• Provide expert fundamental and advanced nursing care according to established standards for intensive care patients.
• Monitor critically ill and ventilated patients, actively participating in internal resuscitation services.
• Collaborate autonomously within an interdisciplinary team of physicians and specialists.
• Contribute to the development of work processes and implement innovative nursing practices.
• Engage in diverse nursing responsibilities across multiple specialized departments including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, and various surgical fields.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional.
• Ideally, specialized training in intensive care nursing, or a strong interest in pursuing it.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly with a high degree of empathy and structured approach.
• Excellent team collaboration skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
