Job Description

OVERVIEW: We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to implement ServiceNow for a large federal agency. You will work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Configure the ServiceNow ITSM application
  • Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
  • Carry out migration of the changes to production
  • Assist with technical design and documentation REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • ITSM experience
  • Custom application development experience
  • Bachelor's degree CLEARANCE:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance minimum required
