Senior Full-Stack .NET/C# Developer CSLA Framework (36 Months Minimum): Component-based Scalable Logical Architecture (CSLA) is an older, highly specialized framework used to build enterprise object-oriented business logic layers. This is your primary filter. Most .NET developers do not have this. If the resume does not explicitly mention "CSLA" or "CSLA .NET", the candidate will not qualify. 

Backend & Architecture: Look for C#, .NET Framework (likely versions 4.5 through 4.8), WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), or SOAP-based Web Services. 

Database Layer: Oracle and PL/SQL. Because many .NET developers default to SQL Server (T-SQL), you must ensure this candidate specifically spent 7+ years writing PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and triggers for Oracle. 

DevOps / Tools: TFS (Team Foundation Server). Modern developers use Git/GitHub, but this requirement asks for 4+ years of experience with Microsoft's older TFS system for version control and build automation
